You must change your MCC 365 email password from your birthdate before you can use the online library -change at office.com (find your MCC email address in Banner>Personal Info>View E-mails).

Your library account username is the first part of your email: jship2 for jship2@o365.milescc.edu

Your password is your email password
If you can't log in with these, reset your MCC 365 password at office.com. If you're unable to reset your password, email IT at Help Ticket.
